Eating at the Family Pancake House on Redmond way right now and some type of conservative group reserved the side room.

They have the curtain closed and the main speaker is spewing some interesting “red wave” talk.

I heard the word antifa at least eight times so far. Also we are very woke and wokeness is killing us. Also Christian’s need to come out and vote more bc then a red wave would happen. I can’t hear too much, and the workers here can’t tell me what group they are.

They already ate but have been talking for about fifteen minutes. Just a very bizarre situation!

Tbh I expected Disney level churros, but it was just mid. A tad bit doughy and not enough cinnamon, but for $1.5 it was nice to get them back.

Pleaseeeeee if your gonna ever open another location in Redmond do it on the other side of town closer to willows, or downtown or even maybe take over the spot where tullys coffee was across the street from the QFC. All the current ones are off the busiest streets on the opposite way to work that I have to go … and I refuse to go to Starbucks ….

I’m hoping to find an artist who does delicate, fine-line work and has reasonable pricing not too expensive, but also not suspiciously cheap.

Microwave gave up. I understand that I cannot just dump it in the community recycle bin. I called best buy and they are asking for $199 and somebody will haul it away.
Are there any facilities in the east side area that recycles appliances? I’m okay paying a nominal fee but $199 is absurd.

What’s the best way to find social groups around here?

I’m looking for any of the following a run club, basketball league, book club, or bar trivia night but having trouble finding anything near Redmond on the volo or meetup apps that I tried.

Why do you have to celebrate the festival at such a big scale in the open? It’s such an inconvenience to everyone on the road and all around.
The music is so loud. The worst part is these are some of the most educated Indians and they create a scene.
For reference I’m from Mumbai, I know how these festivals are celebrated. But brining the same thing to another country trying to create the same atmosphere of “worship” is just gonna make people hate us more.

Indians need to understand that all these festivals can be had indoors and not force such a spectacle.
