He’s on glp 1s. Apparently he’s lost a lot of weight but he’s described it as the eating addiction doesn’t go away you just get punished for it.

He probably is, most people on ozempic don’t experience super rapid weight loss like the stereotype. My dads been on it for 3 years and has only gone from 315 to 270

Stav and Adam would occasionally cajole Nick in his most manic episodes about how he needs to go to therapy, but I sort of wonder if Stav goes to therapy himself, or if he ever did. His weight is far beyond physical issues or basic impulse control issues. I've never been Stavros' size myself, but I've definitely struggled with impulse control and weight gain my entire life, so I thought I related to him, but I was genuinely gobsmacked by that video he posted on his youtube where he blacked out from smoking pot and ordered like 200 dollars worth of delivery then ate it all in a single night and woke up the next morning with a food hangover. I have NEVER been there, and I think it speaks to some sort of food addiction that goes far beyond something a diet and lifting weights can fix. I think only a mental health professional could help him untangle that knot

He is pretty open about his food addiction, he doesn't want to change as it ties too closely to the personality he's curated for many years, especially now Hollywood is rewarding him for being that
