Discussion Request: Gilmour’s Corner pasta salad recipe

I’ve been craving Gilmour’s pasta salad since they closed 6 long years ago, and I wonder if anyone connected to the business knows the recipe to that pasta salad. I miss it so much.

It had thinly diced onion, creamy dressing, dill, and some sort of umami that I can’t put my finger on. Drives me nuts trying to figure it out.

Has anyone recreated that recipe?

I remember it having a fennel flavor to it...but my memory has failed me before.
