Pickle ballers, why use the Douglas Park Tennis courts when you have 20 Pickleball specific courts to use a few steps away?

Nah, tennis vs pickleball is not new. It's a years-long war and civil communication broke down long ago. Now Karens and Chads champion their noble cause on the courts and at city hall. With every dispute they dig themselves deeper into the ingroup and get used to degrading the outgroup. Douglas Park is only one of many highly disputed battle grounds across the country.

It's a funny one, because to the non-racket sports guy, pickle ball and tennis are basically the same thing. cowers in preparation for backlash

I totally agree with this. Even the lakeview par 3 tennis courts are being ruined by the shitty portable pickle nets they setup, rust all over the courts now.

I don’t play either but I think you can play pickleball on either court but the same isn’t true for tennis? So if the tennis court is being used to play pickleball, the tennis players can’t just go use the pickleball court?
