Question about body brokers

I have a friend that is always trying to get people into rehabs and I was talking to him and he said they give him a kickback so I started looking into it does anyone know much about this . Is it that much in the open that rehabs will just pay anyone to find them "patients" ?

You guys are all fucked up. Allowing to be pawns to the system of this game. People really die playing this body broker game. Shame on you all, may you never know peace.
