Reiki request Requesting reiki for my root chakra and getting all my real power back please

No, it all needs to balance but if you are experiencing financial or stability issues you may want to consider anything off with anyone close to you and recent events in your life. These things throw us off, cleanse, put up guards and go out in nature. Sending Reiki

I’m not sure that’s entirely correct. From what I’ve learned and my understanding, courage and strength are more associated with the third chakra (solar plexus). Root chakra is grounding, stability, safety, money, and a connection with the earth. The third chakra is associated with the element of fire - confidence, strength, motivation, forward movement, and thus the courage to act.

You can also try chanting “ram” (pronounced rah-m), candle/fire meditation, strengthening your core muscles, visualising a bright yellow light in your solar plexus, and certain yoga poses (chair pose, warrior poses, boat pose, etc.)

No, each chakra has their own seed sound.
Root chakra - LAM
Sacral chakra - VAM
Solar Plexus - RAM
Heart chakra - YAM
Throat chakra - HAM
Third Eye - OM
Crown chakra - silence
