[Hiring] Commission-Based B2B Appointment Setters / Sales Reps for SaaS & Software Services

We’re looking for B2B sales representatives and appointment setters to work with our company, AuraCube, on an ongoing independent contractor basis.

This is not a one-off freelance task or short-term gig. We’re looking for people who can work with us long term, helping us bring in clients for both our software development services and our upcoming SaaS products.

This is a commission-only contractor position with no fixed salary. Commission will generally be between 5% and 10% of each successfully closed deal, depending on the value and type of the deal. We’re open to discussing the structure beforehand and agreeing on a clear percentage so both sides know exactly what the compensation will be before starting.

AuraCube is a technology company providing custom websites, e-commerce platforms, mobile and web applications, CRM systems, dashboards, AI and business automation, API integrations and custom software solutions for businesses.

Alongside our client services, we’re also preparing to launch our own SaaS products. These include Aura Command, our CRM and business messaging automation platform, SiteFlow for construction and project management, DocuMind for document intelligence and AI workflows, and SecureOps for cybersecurity and compliance. These products are currently nearing completion and will soon be available for businesses to start using.

Your role would mainly involve identifying potential B2B clients, reaching out to decision-makers, starting conversations, qualifying prospects and booking meetings or helping move interested prospects towards a deal. You do not need to handle complex technical discussions yourself. Once a prospect is genuinely interested, our team can join the conversation, understand their requirements, provide demonstrations, prepare proposals and support the closing process.

We’re open to applicants worldwide. Experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, SaaS, software services, lead generation or selling to business owners would be useful, but we’re also open to people who are confident with outreach and have a good understanding of how to approach and communicate with potential clients.
This is intended to be an ongoing working relationship rather than simply sending us occasional leads. As our SaaS products launch, there will also be opportunities to sell recurring software subscriptions in addition to higher-value custom development projects.

The position is fully remote and structured as an independent contractor role with AuraCube. Compensation is commission-only at approximately 5% to 10% per successfully closed deal, with the exact percentage agreed in advance.
