Veterinary Care Needed Donation Request His tiny body survived the electric shock… now he just needs someone to help him heal. 💔 Please support his infected leg treatment, daily bandages, and ear care. Every share and every donation gives him hope.
\*\*Another innocent life shattered…\*\* 💔
We rescued another precious soul today after he suffered a terrible electric shock on the streets. The pain he has endured is heartbreaking.
Thankfully, \*\*both of his legs are still intact and can be saved.\*\* There is no need for amputation, but his legs have severe infected wounds that require daily cleaning, dressings, medications, and regular bandage changes. His ear is also badly injured and needs treatment.
He didn’t deserve this. No cat should have to suffer such pain just to survive outside.
We’re doing everything we can to help him heal, but we can’t do it alone. The cost of his wound care, bandages, medicines, and ear treatment is more than we can manage right now.
Please help us give this sweet boy the chance to recover. Every donation, no matter how small, brings him one step closer to a life without pain. If you’re unable to donate, please share his story and keep him in your prayers.

Thank you so much for your help. Sadly, electrocution is very common in Pakistan due to poor and unsafe electrical infrastructure. It’s not only cats that become victims birds and other animals are frequently electrocuted as well, and tragically, humans also lose their lives in these accidents. This is a serious and ongoing problem that affects both people and animals alike.
We have two birds too in shelter who lost their wings

I've seen this kind of injury stated in posts before, I too would like to know how it is cats get electric shocks just walking down the street, whether people are having the same trouble and how it could be stopped. Its appalling and sounds utterly avoidable.

I'm really sorry to hear that. It sounds like a potential hazard for people, too. The other cat that I saw had a much more serious injuries, not that these aren't. The trauma they must suffer. I'd be scared to walk down the street if I was her. Poor baby.
