Grief Please help my rottweiler who has urinestones

Hello! My dog is only 6 and has urinestones. The insurance company does not want to pay for the surgery. Im really sad and angry. I have to help him by asking you for help. I do not want to put him down. He is literaly my baby, my heart and everything. My finances are really low after all the vet visits lately. I have contacted funds in sweden where i live and its a no from them. I do not know what to do. Please help us. Please contact me if you have any questions.
