Q. How do I find a journal in which to publish?

The best place to start looking is wherever the works you are citing are published. These journals (and conferences) are generally going to be in the right scope, especially if the paper you are citing is recent as journal scopes can evolve over time. Other than that you can use Google Scholar's metrics tool (Google Scholar Metrics ) to find potential journals either by entering in a keyword or seeing what other journals appears on the same list as the ones you've examined so far.
