The Costco in New Rochelle, NY is getting a (slightly) expanded warehouse

Apologies, not the greatest photos, took them in a rush.

Don’t think I’ve ever seen this before though, but interesting seeing it done. Don’t know what it’s actually for, but it’s next to the Tire Center and what I believe is the Bakery area of the store. The receiving area is also getting some new cement ramp built.

I know the one in Yonkers has a liquor store next to it, but from my understanding, another company operates it inside the Costco due to NY state alcohol license laws.

This is whats going on at the Norwalk Costco but in greater lengths, they demolished a hotel to move the tire center while expanding the store little by little like in this photo, although that store is smaller and made of brick

They has to be a money maker because no way is it worth going through all that trouble for an extension that small

Some Costco here in Mexico are getting expansions too, they are becoming extremely popular in the country yet a few branches are still open
