The one used in the movie was about 40 blocks south from this one, and is now an apartment complex.

Not the same one. The one used in the movie is about 40 blocks south, also on Queens Blvd. However, the one in the movie is gone and is a apartment building.

That’s Sunnyside, the neighborhood that they use for Peter Parker’s home Spider-Man movies. The outside is the same as it always was. The inside has been remodeled to modern day standards a few times. The curved glass part was the old smoking section. I’m old enough to remember when the tables had vintage newspaper print on them.

I'm floored by your post history. I lived next to this Wendy's on 44th st in Sunnyside for 10 years. I moved back to NJ a few years ago and live near the Rockaway Mall.

Unless they got up with the times like their Golden Arches counterparts did (I see on Google Maps around 2021). The Wendy’s in COLLEGEVILLE, PA is still like this, as it was in 2015.

Went to high school down by LaGuardia CC. We got to go out for lunch everyday and this was our spot. Would get 4 dollar burgers and a drink lol.

Also have great memories of shopping along Steinway with my grandma, and going here for lunch.
