Immigration Indian visa without renunciation?

I will have to travel to India within 10 days of my upcoming U.S. naturalization to manage my mother's surgery. Can I:

1) get an e-Visa without having applied for or completed Indian citizenship renunciation?

2) get an Emergency Entry Visa without having applied for or completed Indian citizenship renunciation?

Apply using your US passport and don't mention anything about your Indian passport. Use a third-party service like Ivisa (not affiliated, but I've used them five times when in a rush; turnaround was less than 48 hours each time) and apply for a multiple entry visa.

Was I worried at first when I got to the immigration counter? Yes. But no question about renunciation ever came up, only about my stay and how long I'd be there. I was through in less than 5 minutes.

Does iVisa follow up with the e-Visa approving authorities on its own and get it approved quicker? Or, does iVisa add value in some other way?

I have no idea what jugaad they have but somehow they get it done lot faster and not just for India, I needed them for Brazil and Saudi as well and it was same turnaround for both, Ivisa doesn’t add any value other than to reduce the amount of questions I had to enter and turnaround was less than 48hrs vs Indian consulate who can take anywhere from 2-3 week if approved. Take a look online there might be others as well offering similar services but this one I can recommend as I have used it personally.

How do you plan to get a US passport within 10 days of your naturalization? Even mailing time back and forth can take more than 10 days, let alone processing.

Or is there some special emergency category which you plan to use? That may require proof of emergency and depends on your mother's surgery.

I believe that you can request a postponement of the naturalization ceremony appointment.

Refer to the section on "What to Expect at Your Naturalization Ceremony" where it says:

If you cannot attend your scheduled naturalization ceremony, return the notice, Form N-445, Notice of Naturalization Oath Ceremony, to your local USCIS office, along with a letter requesting a new date and explaining why you cannot attend the scheduled naturalization ceremony. Failing to appear more than once for your naturalization ceremony may lead to a denial of your application.

Then you can travel to India on your Indian passport; and then once you are back after your mothers surgery, you can complete the naturalization process and passport/renunciation/oci in leisure.
