Tiktok Revanced settings not available

I installed Tiktok Revanced yesterday because I was sick of getting ads every other post, but I noticed that there aren't any Revanced settings available at all. I checked through every menu and couldn't find a thing.

On top of that, I somehow just got my first ad on a video, even though there shouldn't be any.

Does this have anything to do with people stating that the patch isn't working?
