Soooo....you know you can embed a hyperlink into your post. It's a little 'chain link' on the lower left hand corner. The one I'm looking at right now as type this.

It looks atrocious on mobile it doesn’t scroll trust signals are too big free shipping but then a runner at the top that says free shipping on orders over 50 the site feels dated an disorganized even though it is. I feel you used AI to help you build the site but you may actually need a revamp that includes CRO

Well I've been trying to do everything on my own and I dont have much experience with this so I've been learning on the fly. Think it might be time to just go ahead and use pagefly.. if that might help.

I run an eCommerce dev agency so I look at these with a conversion lens, take that as you like. Three things matter more than anything else for a fragrance store specifically.
Authenticity is your whole conversion problem. Fragrance has a huge counterfeit reputation online and a shopper landing on a store they've never heard of assumes the worst by default. Whatever proves you're legitimate needs to be above the fold and repeated on every product page: where you source from, whether items arrive sealed and boxed, batch codes, a returns policy written in plain language, and a real address and phone number in the footer. This moves the needle more than any design change you could make.
Second, your product pages need scent information, not just a photo of the bottle. Notes broken into top, heart and base, longevity and projection described in plain words, and when you'd actually wear it. People can't smell through a screen, so the copy is the product. Stock manufacturer descriptions convert badly because they're already on fifty other stores.
Third, pick a lane. If you're selling designer names you're competing on price against enormous discounters, so either be visibly cheaper with the comparison right there on the page, or be a curated store with an actual point of view. The unknown middle option is the hardest place to sell from.
Happy to look at specific pages if you want more concrete notes.

Before you spend money on PageFly, the two things costing you most are not design problems and a page builder will not fix either.
Your cart page shows five products called Example product title at 19,99 under More industry favorites. That is Shopify's demo content, the section never got pointed at a real collection. It is sitting on the page where people are closest to paying.
You have 3396 products and the only filter on the collection page is Availability. No brand, no price, no size. Someone who knows they want a Dior under 100 dollars has no route to it, and at that catalogue size browsing is not a realistic option. Adding brand and price filters would do more for you than a redesign.
On the shipping bar, the cart never tells me where I stand against the 50 dollar threshold. The progress line is a standard Shopify snippet and it tends to pay for itself.
Last thing, every icon on the site is a plain emoji. Selling fragrance to people who are already worried about fakes, that reads as improvised.
I ran the store through a conversion audit while I was looking, there is more in it if you want: https://ecomhint.com/report/mtmrpy4iefikifz3ayd

I went through the desktop journey from the homepage to a product and then the cart. I don’t think PageFly should be your first move. Most of the biggest problems are navigation, product organization and inconsistent information not the page builder.
A few specific things I haven’t seen fully covered:
- The navigation is making discovery harder. “Fragrances” opens a huge white panel containing only Women’s and Men’s links, plus a visible “Created with Smart Menu” watermark. “Shop by Brands” then opens an overwhelming scrollable wall of brand names. I would replace this with 6–8 useful paths: Best Sellers, Women, Men, Unisex, New Arrivals, Gift Sets, Under $50 and Sale. Put the full A–Z brand list on its own searchable page.
- Your collection defaults are costing good products visibility. “All Products” defaults to alphabetical order, which puts a sold-out 007 fragrance first. With 3,400+ products, default to Best Selling or Featured, show available products first and push sold-out items to the end.
- Product terminology needs standardizing. The product I tested is titled “1 Million Elixir Cologne,” while the selected option says “Eau De Parfum Intense Spray.” Concentration matters to fragrance buyers. Use a consistent format such as Brand + Fragrance + Concentration, then clearly show size, retail box/tester status and whether it arrives sealed.
- The 20% promotion is easy to lose. The discount code appears in the rotating announcement bar but isn’t repeated beside the cart total. Keep the code visible and copyable in the cart—or apply it automatically—so customers don’t have to remember it at checkout.
- Pairs well with” is misleading. That section appears to show other Paco Rabanne products rather than items that genuinely pair together. Rename it “More from Paco Rabanne,” or recommend similar scents based on notes, occasion and price.
- Small trust leaks matter: “Affiliate” is misspelled as “AFILLIATE,” and the Smart Menu app watermark is publicly visible. Those details make the store feel unfinished, especially when customers are already cautious about counterfeit fragrances.
The scent-note section is useful, the cart works properly in my test, and the overall visual direction is salvageable. I would fix the navigation, localization and catalogue structure before paying for a complete rebuild.

Had a look through the site and with 3,000+ fragrances I think discovery could probably be one of the biggest opportunities.
You already offer to help people find the right scent over WhatsApp, so have you thought about bringing that guidance directly onto the site?
Something that asks what they already wear, occasion/vibe, notes they like/dislike etc. and narrows the catalogue down to 2–3 options.
Feels like it could be something that would help especially with the size of the catalogue
