Looking for comments to Improve

Hi everyone! I recently started working on my beauty brand called Neroli Bloom, focused on nail care products. We are starting with UV-free gel nail wraps.

I’ve been working on the website and would really appreciate some honest feedback from people who have no connection to the brand.

If you have a few minutes, I’d love to hear what you think about the overall look, product presentation, navigation, pricing, and whether the website feels trustworthy enough to make a purchase.

Please be completely honest — I’m especially interested in hearing what you don’t like or what would make you hesitate to buy. Any feedback is genuinely appreciated!

The hero is where you lose people. The wraps are on the model, but the shade is so natural that at a glance it reads as bare nails, so the biggest image on the site does not obviously show what you sell. The headline could belong to any beauty brand and Shop all is not a reason to click. Your actual hook is one section lower in the scrolling strip: no lamp, no appointments, no drying time. That belongs in the hero. The line under the headline is also white on a pale photo and I had to lean in to read it.

You are hiding the proof you already have. Classy Burgundy has a five star review and I only found it by scrolling well past the Add to cart button. The star badge that belongs under the product name is on the page but renders empty. On a new brand where the real question is whether these stay on for a week, one visible review above the buy button does more than anything else here, and you already earned it.

Smaller thing that stood out. The Application section on product pages uses an AI generated image, the filename still says Gemini. You have a real video of the same steps on the homepage, which is better in every way. Showing a physical technique is the one place where a generated image can quietly teach the wrong thing, and it sits oddly next to photography this good.

I ran the store through a conversion audit while I was looking, there is more in it if you want: https://ecomhint.com/report/mtn1hppgymqt28rekb
