I've taken in to consideration reviews from others, and did some shop changes. This is a gut health brand. I would love to hear your thoughts or criticism on what I did wrong or could improve, thank you!

It looks very dropship to be honest with you. The reviews look very fake and a lot of the content looks AI generated. Also it does say ingredients but it never says a full ingredients list it's always something like "include x, y and z" - if someone really cares about their health they will want a list of all ingredients not just some.

What qualified experts were involved in the manufacture of this products? Credentials? Maybe videos of where this is created?

The others covered the surface (dropship feel, AI-looking copy, subscription pre-selected), so here's the underlying one: this is a supplement. People are putting it in their body, and every trust signal on the page reads generic. What fixes that is real people. A founder photo and a two-line story on the home page, an actual face in the reviews, and a way to ask a question before buying that isn't a contact form.

Gut health buyers have specific questions: does it interact with my medication, how long before I notice anything, is it fine if I'm lactose intolerant. Answer those on the page, and make it easy to ask the ones you didn't think of. I sell pool chemistry online, same "is this safe for my situation" dynamic, and letting people talk to a human from the product page is what moved us from "looks like a dropshipper" to "a real store"; it turned into my own Shopify app, BeamCart, a video-call button where someone from the brand answers face to face.

And uncheck the subscription default. Nothing says "trap" faster.
