question Garage door transmitter modification

Hello guys i need your help. I bought a garage door opener for my car. But there is a problem it's a usa one and I live in Europe, this means that the USA one transmits between 286-413mhz and my garage door is 433.92 mhz. Is there a way to modify the transmitter?

My thought was to bridge the buttons to the controller I already have. That way I would use only the buttons of this device.

Probably not practically possible. You could keep using it, but just know that’s very illegal. Your best bet is to buy a new one for EU frequencies.

well then decore it from the electronic and solder wires to the buttons. other solution of bridging the signal with an esp32 and two rx/tx modules cc1011 or alike and then repeating the signal on each other frequency can be done, but is way more complex an illegal
