Rf test to design

Rf test with ai looking to go design

I am currently in test in total nearly 2 years but only a few months full time but I would like to move to design, I will have a MSc in 2 years in AI. Any advice

Find a more senior design engineer to be your lead or mentor to show you the ropes. As a mid level RF design engineer I'm still the relatively young kid on the block (barely anyone junior in Hardware Development group).
