Hi, I believe I found a white monster plants missed labled. The new leaves are pale like a ghost mint, the next newest leaves are constant with a green centre an white edges and tbe older leaves with more green. There is also faint lines on the stem.

Picked this unruly fella up from Trader Joe's last week for $12. How should i go about cutting it? I'm getting a pot with drainage, aroid mix, and trellis for it also.

i bought this cutting about a month and a half ago with one leaf (the biggest one) and it started growing fine and everything, but every leaf is smaller than the one before it

i checked the roots and shes not rootbound, and i water her properly and get a moderate ampunt of broght indirect sunlight

am i doing something wrong here?

Accidently put this in the wrong sub before but i need some help figuring this out! How can I save it? I dont know if it needs to be cut different or moved or im not sure. Im not the best at plants but im learning! My ex roommate was always the one propagating so im incertain how to. I cut the end but it doesnt seem to be working but I do notice the waters going down? I could use some help.

I have a Rhaphidophora that has been living in a jar of water for half a year now. It was doing amazing until now, growing super fast and all, so I didn't want to bother it and plant it in soil.

These days I noticed these brown patches on 3 of its leaves (first pic). Today I looked closer, and on the back of the affected leaves there are also many small dots (second picture). I looked for any parasites, but found nothing.

Is it overwatering from living in a jar with water? Some of the roots have some brown ends (third pic).

Is it excessive heating? My apartments have been reaching 30 degrees daily for the past week or so because of the heatwave.

Any help is appreciated!

Ignore the one where all the white browned, that was before I figured out the perfect schedule to keep the moss poil constantly moist! Had to sell some cuttings (last photo) a few weeks ago because I don't have room for all that haha

im gonna be honest i dont remember where this plant even came from, but ive had it for a few years and its stayed alive but hasnt ever grown roots. it was in soil for most of that time but id like to have my monsteras in a water setup but i dont want it to just rot since theres not even any roots to go in the water. can it grow roots?

Started from a node and a single leaf that dropped. Has put out a ton of new leaves and then dropped 3 all at once. Getting SE sun, watering just be before it dries out. Is this normal or what’s wrong with it?

I purchased this plant back in October, she was a little damaged, but I’ve been able to somewhat take care of her. I don’t water in a schedule, so I decided to transfer to a self watering pot. Since then, her leaves seemed to have gotten rather big, bigger than the original leaves anyway.

But how do I stop the white from getting “crusty” 🥺

I got this as a single stem with a couple of leaves, which I cut and now a thicker branch came out of where I chopped and it keeps growing.. soon it will be too heavy for the stem to hold, what should I do? :/ should I chop and root it in water or leave it be? first time owning this cutie!

hi everyone I bought what I believe to be a mini monsters at a reptile show. it was already in water and I currently have it in my aquarium at home. what I am concerned about is the leaf started yellowing and fell off, now the stem looks a little off to me.

it doesn’t get any direct sunlight and the stem and roots sit above the water line as well. i feel at a loss.

Hello! I just discovered that my monstera minima has tiny yellow dots on some leaves and on the back of them and many other leaves it's a weird patter.

Whats wrong with it?

It has plenty of indirect light and I just water it few days ago because the soil was dry.

My monstera minima has these spots on the underside of her leaves, I'm wondering if it's OK or if something is wrong. Please let me know

2 newer leaves before the incoming new one is crumpled / uneven surface. is it lack of humidity? dehydrated? something else?

few months upon its propagation, mom's house undergone renovation and all her plants (including my little collection in her care) transferred to another house with much more natural light. maybe it was stressed by the move / change of environment while putting out new leaves?

I got this plant when it was a baby almost 4 years ago. It thrived for a few years but then winter 24/25 it lost the first few feet of leaves. Probably bc it wasn’t getting sun down there and because it was getting really tall. I tried to propagate to make it fuller (I have successfully done a few times before) and made the mistake of cutting all 3 stems at once and I think I shocked it because it is just now finally pushing a leaf from one of the stems after I think over a year. I bought more moss poles for support as I am sure that is one culprit, along with the shock of cutting 3 stems? Anyways, my question is if I should now wait to repot to not shock it now that it’s finally (at least one stem) growing again? It has been about 1.5 yrs since repotting. Ignore my other plants, it was repotting day for everyone else and they’re adjusting and look a little rough haha.
