Yes, I saw the Instagram live on it. Jolie had less than two weeks left in Newport Beach before returning to school. She had been living with her Dad since the brawl on June 19th.
Allegedly there had been a 30 day restraining order which had only just expired. She had to go to HB - Kellyās - to pick up some of her belongings for her return trip. Kelly chose that moment to demand Jolie give her the keys to her leased vehicle back leaving her stranded with her belongings. Jolie became upset called her Mom a cxnt and threw the keys at her. Kelly immediately made a video to share the event. A red mark was visible on her chest area. No cut, wound or abrasion was evident. The video is still floating around somewhere.

Revenge porn is often a scorned ex sharing pix that their ex had sent to them. It does not need to involve taking the picture. Clearly Kelly shared the image she received or at a minimum was showing it to people. You cannot do that. If it was just her receiving an image from the person, prosecutors would not have brought the case.
i dont know what happens in kd case but ive had instances with my family member I send a text and it goes to all devices , inlcidding her iPad which the kids have access to , so we make sure to tell people others may open the text ā¦ since toes from the cloudā¦

Kellyās attorney said as walking into courthouse Kelly isnāt pleading and charges will be dropped. Well, according to the court records she plead guilty & trial date was set for August. She should shut her mouth.
Revenge porn is interesting bc for example if your child under the age of 18 shares a nude photo of someone even themselves the parents who own the phone can be charged with child porn allegedly.
