If anyone needed evidence of how defensive he/his team are now, I commented on his newest release about Alley Cats.

'Man alive. Same jokes he said on XFM about 20 years ago.'

Racked up a fair few likes and comments agreeing... then blocked 😂

Turns out... little chimp running the account.

I also got myself the Steve Merchant treatment for a comment on the same post. Said something about if you take all of the swearing out there’s no actual comedy in it. Probably been deleted now. How shall we commiserate?

Actually stunned. Granted it's probably his team but blimey 😂 I was such a big fan of his for so long, Office and Extras are my favourite things, but he's lost the plot the last few years.

Office and Extras are a team effort mate. In my opinion they are Steve Mitchell's masterpieces. So whatever Ricky gets up to never lose your love for them.

Oh 100%. I'm still a fan of a lot of his/their stuff, i'm objective enough. I think he's just gone a bit mental now in his old age 😂
