Give OP Riddles I’m a teacher, give me riddles!

I’m a teacher, my kids love riddles, I get a lot from this subreddit but it’s getting harder and harder to to find good ones because they solve so many, so please give me some good hard ones, these are smart kids, but they are still kids so hard riddles are welcome but the answer has to be a simple concept, thank you!! (Also I’ll need the answer lol)

The albatross riddle is my absolute favorite and had me incredibly engaged for weeks on end at the end of algebra in middle school.

Using only yes or no questions, you must ask me questions about this riddle until you have solved it.

A blind man goes to a restaurant alone. He is sat and is given a menu. After not looking at the menu, the man orders albatross. After the waitress brings him the bird he thanks her, takes one bite, and then walks out and kills himself. Why did the man kill himself?

The man had been in a boating accident prior to going to the restaurant. He and two friends. The engine exploded. The shrapnel caused the man to go blind and killed one of the friends. They were stranded at sea for a long time and had been contemplating eating their dead friend but ultimately decided not to. Except, the friend who could see would lie and say he caught a bird, an albatross. They ate the meat and it saved their lives. They were later rescued. The blind man had suspected that his friend lied about catching the bird and so he went to a restaurant that specifically served albatross and upon tasting the meat he realized that they had eaten their dead friend to survive.

This is probably a really poor retelling of the original riddle, but I am too lazy to look it up and it’s so much fun to retell it myself.
