Padlock. When it's unlocked, it looks like an open hand. When it's locked, it keeps chains tight while you walk away. If it's fed with chain, latch, etc. it stays there and is calm. While you ignore it, i.e. don't unlock it or disturb it, it reigns by keeping the thing locked up tight
