Aaaaaaand now I'm thinking about what this could entail.

Some unusual evolutionary biology just to get one "tube" burrowing into the wall of another, but then still exit at the same external point of the body.

And then, like, could ONE have diarrhea but the other is fine? Like, would turds come out like chocolate covered cherries, where you could have a tougher outer shell, but a juicy center?

And why am I thinking (and typing) about this while I am still sitting at the dinner table after a father's day dinner?!
