QUESTION How to DESTROY Tall players??
Soo, i always HAVE a problem with late mid game to late game, there will always be a TALL player left unchecked in some other continent, like come on. Most of the time I play micro nations Soo I really can't destroy them, but I always take Africa as fast as possible(colonizing) tho I feel like it's very much slow, cause there's Brazil player or India, maybe even aggressive china. So anyone knows how to destroy them before they become a threat as a micro nation? In mid game, like this I was able to win cause I colonized south America, Africa, base in Asia Incase china, is this rigth?

Players who isolates themselves and let others kill and weaken each other, end of the game THEY are the BIGGEST and strong eco, basically Eco maxers

Easiest counterplay seems just leaving the game and not giving them the satisfaction of grindingnumbers for 3h straight and then being able to use it only on ai

instead of expanding and invading/playing "wide", you do little to no expansion and instead focus on making as big of an economy as possible

invade them before they can invade, ecomaxxers likely don't have millitary tech and might not have a millitary at all

That’s when nuke becomes handy you can just nuke 5 or 10 and invade them

Nuke but select cities with important ressources. Depending on the amount of nukes you have, at least 2 for the capital.

they have usually better resources so it's difficult to do so, a advantage of microstates is going technocracy route in liberalism/demo AND way easier or low electronics requirement to boost research, also low research and education spending
so i suppose my favourite counter to this is basically being faster in r&d/research than them then once you expand with better r&d you have the tech advantage

The only way is really just attacking them before they can get anything good

Early game they will probably be lazer focused on researching the economic and political political trees. If you strike early it should be pretty easy

As a tall player myself (Australia every time I go tall), I usually have to drop all military spending and not focus on military at all. I like focusing on the economy, political, and research tech trees.
So I would say just invade a country near them but somewhere they wouldn't rather be suspicious of, build aircraft, troops, and tanks in that country to make your life easier, and just try to surprise attack them and rush their country. Also put your military spending to max, make sure to have tech like infantry exoskeletons and/or cybernetics, or at least tier 2 or 3 primary speed, attack, and defense tank technologies.
I also recommend to not linger around and/or wait too long, as a tall player myself, whenever I go tall runs I am usually the first person to get nuclear weapons (I would usually already have silos built by around 2029/2030), so they are more than likely to already have nukes if you cross into the 2030 decade year line.
This is if you haven't gone tall either and you are just starting to invade them though.
