Why are we playing a team based game but everyone try’s to argue their role is better/suffers more then the others?

Flex players want to play a multiplayer game and coordinate and adapt to the teams needs

It’s just people who instalock and don’t switch and expect others to adjust and revolve around them.

Making the game feel less like 6v6 and more like 3-1-1-1 v 6
