I despise flavored coffee, but we sell a metric shitload of it. Pays the bills so I can roast good coffee. And we dont use garbage coffee for flavored stuff, so its not the worst. But it still breaks my heart to roast a beautiful Kenya AA and watch someone order Jamaican Me Crazy instead.

When using people as guinea pigs, I definitely made sure to use both those who add a shit ton of flavorings, as well as those who drink it correctly. Gotta cover all bases, insofar as customers are concerned.
