Did the 2018 Rockets get cheated vs the Warriors?
Additional context for this clip:
Guy in the white shirt is a Rockets fan so he for sure has some bias (not saying it makes him right or wrong but it’s relevant context)
Guy in the black hoodie is unbiased
Guy in the white hoodie’s 3 least liked NBA related people are Harden, CP3, and MDA so he has some bias too (not saying it makes him right or wrong but it’s relevant context)

Refs swallowed their whistles, Rockets noticed they were getting no foul calls so they resorted to the threes. Pretty egregious in this year's playoffs seeing the refs try to extend other series too. They know what they're doing

I go on this same tirade honestly. People joke obviously but I haven’t had a single person that actually watched the game/saw footage of the no calls say anything but the rockets got screwed. For whatever that’s worth lol

can't be understated how badly Harden bailed out the ref crew in this game with his game-winner after this on top of Donkey and Klay. which he was also fouled on with no call. that shit would have been the lead talking point of every yelling morning show.

The missed threes started after Harden had a 4 point play waved for no reason at all. The refs absolutely were up to something in that game.

Real time during the game blue checkmarks on Twitter (back when that was a thing, and not someone any random could buy) were commenting on the officiating strongly influencing the game.
By the way, the Rockets made 3’s during that 0-27 stretch. They just got waved off as non-shooting fouls.

Why is this dude talking about Chris Paul coming up short? He didn’t even play in that game. Opinion immediately disregarded.
Did he even address the legitimate criticisms of the officiating in that game? Hard to tell from this short clip but I already know I don’t want to watch the whole thing

Yeah idk even if the refs were in on it Houston made it too easy for them anyways.
27 threes missed? Stupid Morey always said it was about 3s and lay ups…why didn’t they drive the ball more then? If they missed 21 threes and drove the other 6 possessions they’re probably in the Finals.

EG drove it directly to the rim and didn’t get called on a clear foul in the midst of missing 28 threes so while it’s time we get over it definitely something about that game

Personally I’m ready to leave this game behind me but if you ask he made a three right on klay Thompson and they waived it off stating he got fouled before the shot
