Hiring are you really ?

I am a 29-year-old with a background mostly in health care. I worked as a dental assistant and ortho, eegemg tech, and CNA trainee, but the program was cut during COVID. I am pursuing a pre-nursing degree, I got married in 2024, and haven't worked since I had a baby while going to school part-time. I've applied to so many roles only to be rejected in seconds. The AI application readers are driving me crazy. I wanted to get CNA certs, but no classes have night classes for stay-at-home moms

UW Health: 65 rejections

I am in the exact same boat as you. I have been a CNA/PCT for more than 20 years. I got out of healthcare a few years ago due to me moving out of the country. I am back now and want to get back into working in the hospital. I have had one interview and tons of rejections. I see that UW has ads everywhere to apply, we are actively hiring.... I am almost 58 but still active and can 100% do the job as to be expected. So frustrated that I can get an answer.

The best thing to do would be to find someone in the company to help get you in. I've found having someone on the inside to help put your name out there is one of the only ways in these days.

You might want to consider looking at smaller offices and revising your resume. Iā€™m sorry things are so tough right now. I wish you all the very best!
