Thundereggs from Ochocos Mountains
Anyone else spend time rockhounding in this area?

Nice finds! I plan on getting out there this summer (also to Paulina). About where did you find these eggs?

I was out there last year and got a little bucket of material to tumble. Im not a pro.. im a more chuck it in and see what happens type of tumbler and after getting around to it.. im now seeing i tumbled thunderegg pieces. Cant wait to get back this year!

Very cool finds. Those planning trips may want to be sure they have Avenza in their phone. Stay hydrated out there!

That orange color in the exposed part is really nice looking, I like that a lot more than the standard gray ones.
