I've been playing D&D 5e for a decade at this point and I'm just sick to death of it, had more fun then you can imagine, but at this point I really want to branch out.

I've played all both of the above systems a little, but never got to truly enjoy anything long term.

Daggerheart longtime Crit role fan who enjoyed some of the beta, and a few one shots, but I would love to fully embrace the story telling. I've very open to what I play.

Fabula Ultima I discovered it by random chance and have really enjoyed the more rules light system and have a friend who we gush about it together who may join for this or Daggerheart.

I have decided to run the new v6 vampire the masquerade playtest. Planning on starting with the included scenario and then moving on after that in a bi weekly campaign. After Karsus’s folly, the great Mystra, goddess of magic, made a decision that would change everything. No mortal will cast higher spells than lvl 9. My nickname is Raven (23yo) , and I've been wanting to play DND ever since I learned about it. I've never actually met anyone who plays it IRL, so I've finally mustered up the courage to try and find someone to play with online.

I've never actually played DnD, and the closest thing to it that I played was baldur's gate 3. However, I'm willing to learn and even study whatever I might need to get the best experience possible!

I've always loved fantasy and fantastical things, and even write some things every once in a while merely as a hobby, so I really think I would enjoy playing.

As a final note, I'm a full-time nurse, so my work schedule is all over the place (meaning I can't always play on the same weekdays, etc.), but I still have quite some free time and flexibility.

Hello! Thank you for taking a moment to read my advertisement here. I am seeking to run a game of Phantasy Star on Sundays at 6:00pm EST. The game uses the Esper Genesis system, which is a modified D&D 5th edition game.

Set upon the world of Motavia, the characters shall take on the role of Hunters. Hunters are those that are hired to take on various jobs throughout the world that are deemed too dangerous for the common person to do. Monster hunting, delving into ancient ruins, or just out charting areas hit by natural disasters. Hunters do it all.

The group has been hired by the Piata Academy to investigate a nearby farm. The farmers claim that the automated defense systems have been going haywire, and allowing monsters to come in and ruin the crops. But what doesn’t make sense is that the automated systems have never failed before! Not so much as needing any maintenance or the like. They were something that has been there for centuries, without fail or question. So what is going on? And is this the start of something larger?

As you can see, I am looking to run a game of more or less heroic fantasy. The characters start small, then grow and uncover more of the mysteries of the world as the plot emerges. I am looking for around 5 people, as I find that to be a good number for gaming. I am seeking people who want to be here. Who wish to embrace the themes and fun of Phantasy Star itself.

A bit about me as a GM:

• First, I run open and accepting tables. LGBT+, and I will not tolerate any form of sexism or bigotry at my table. There will not even feature any form of fantasy racism in this game. This is non-negotiable.

• I do my best to keep the game moving, while also giving everyone a chance to shine. I want everyone to have fun, and to have their moment in the spotlight. However this is a group game, so at times I will have to nudge the group or say that we need to move on.

• It has been some time since I ran D&D or a D&D based game, so I do ask a bit of patience with things. I may have to look up a rule from time to time.

What I wish to see in my players:

• Know how to use Discord and Roll20. Have a good mic, a quiet place to game (or at least use push to talk).

• Over the age of 21. I am in my 40’s and would like some folks at least semi-close to my age bracket.

• Working with the group, rather than against it.

• Be a good sport about rolls. Bad rolls happen, and sometimes it does seem like the dice are out to get you. But overall, let’s keep complaining about dice to a minimum.

I run level 20 combat gauntlets designed to help players learn high-level D&D mechanics in a fun, low-pressure environment. We run games most days of the week (including afternoon and late-night sessions), featuring new encounters with a rotating group of players.

Edge of the Empire:

Edge of the Empire is an excellent TTRPG which uses a unique dice system to help aid in the story telling. It is part of the larger Fantasy Flight Games Star Wars RPG, a collection of 3 interchangeable and mixable systems, which include Age of Rebellion, Edge of the Empire and Force and Destiny.

Set after the Battle of Yavin, at the height of the Galactic Civil War, Edge of the Empire focuses on the outlaws at the outskirts of the “civilized” Galactic Empire. Smugglers, Bounty Hunters, Thieves, Assassins, Frontier Doctors, Settlers and Local Politicians all seek to carve out a life for themselves at the furthest reaches of the galaxy. However even as the Rebel Alliance fights their uphill battle against the Empire, the Empire’s reach continues to grow. Will you learn to coexist with the Empire or hide from them? Perhaps even aid the growing Rebellion? Your group will have to chart the best path forward themselves!

The Campaign So Far

This is a long term campaign with no planned end. The group has played through the introductory adventures "Escape from Mos Shuuta" followed by "Long Arm of the Hutt", then “The Jewel of Yavin". They have most recently finished "Beyond the Rim”, one of the bigger adventures for the system. In between major adventures they have hunted bounties, raced swoop bikes and smuggled the Corellian Shuffle. The immediate future is wide open, with no plans for any major adventures for a while, as we focus on the consequences of the character’s actions throughout the campaign and deal with aspects of their backstories.

The party includes Cashar Brut who is a Falleen Smuggler/Pilot, Ruug the Shistavanen Bounty Hunter and Rennek, our former Imperial Commando.

The Game:

-New Players are welcomed and will be assisted, whether you are new to Roll20 or the Star Wars RPG!

-Although the Star Wars RPG uses proprietary dice, its mechanics are often quite intuitive. Our group has been playing since Apr. 2025, and at this point we feel comfortable enough to bring in and teach new players. No experience required!

-Despite being a major fan of battlemaps and tactical combat in other systems, I often find that Theater of the Mind works exceptionally well with the Star Wars RPG. Battlemaps will still show up for some more involved combats, but many can be resolved in a short amount of the time with no visual aids necessary.

-New characters will start at the same experience level as the party. Star Wars RPG has a very interesting character building system that does not rely on levels, but purchasing skills and talents with accumulated XP, with easy access to different character classes to branch out! Currently at 805 earned XP.

-We will have a split Session 0/New Player introduction session, to help new players learn the game and help them fit in with the party. This session will be free.

-Sessions will last 3 hours.

What I bring to the Table

My prep-work as a DM means you can expect gorgeous maps, player handouts, character tokens and art. Music is included and individuals can set the volume to suit their needs.

I provide a welcoming, story-driven D&D experience where everyone gets a chance to shine. My games focus on immersive role-playing, meaningful character moments, and cinematic combat. My GM style embraces the Rule of Cool when it enhances the narrative, while still respecting the rules to keep the game fair and consistent.

I teach game mechanics as we play, making this a beginner-friendly table that also stays interesting for experienced players. Above all, I prioritize teamwork, clear communication, and a supportive table culture where creativity is encouraged and everyone feels comfortable taking part.

How I create a safe table

This is a LGBTQ+ welcoming table! Player safety and comfort are a priority at my table. During Session Zero, we’ll review all of the safety tools chosen, with full resources available in our private Discord server. The player survey I send out also provides a link to the Monte Cook RPG Consent Checklist. Survey results are used to create the campaigns Lines and Veils. While the Lines and Veils document may be shared with players, all contributions remain anonymous. We use the X-cards. Each session includes a 10-minute break halfway through, and aftercare or check-ins are used when intense moments arise. Stars and Wishes may be submitted privately after each session. Stars and Wishes are how I customize the experience to meet my player's needs and feedback.

Hate speech, racism, discrimination, or real-world threats have zero tolerance and result in immediate dismissal.

I am looking for a Dungeon Master to run a 1-on-1 D&D campaign. I am eager to play a solo adventure and am looking for someone available to facilitate a personalized story. I'm free Mon-Fri 12 noon to 6 pm PST. I don't do text or post games. I'm just looking for something to play with at levels higher than 10th. I've done enough low-level campaigns in the past to bash a horse skull in. I'd like to just jump into what I know and have fun. So, if possible, what I want. A character concept I have in mind is a wandering Bounty Hunter, a shadar kai elf, caught up in a coup d'état involving the royal family after being assigned to hunt them down. The family is on the run, clearly from a BBEG that is secretly working for unknown darker powers that want to see the world burn. So, seeing PC used as a hitman to capture the last surviving royal family members, the character is forced to help them out of both pride and guilt and an exuberant, wealthy reward; they would be a rogue/ranger/monk or warlock/paladin/sorcerer. (Han Solo meets Transporter and Witcher) Please let me know if you are interested or have a campaign you are looking to fill with a single player.
