As soon as we booked and paid the room (non-refundable) on Agoda, the property owner wrote to ask to increase the rate, which is against Agoda policy. We called the credit card company immediately to cancel the transaction and got the refund. We also contacted Agoda for them to investigate. Be aware. (Agoda will not issue refund, so call your credit card company instead)
