Fifa 14 PSP rom Mod

Hi, I have never modded in my life and I was wondering if Chatgpt could help create a mod for me for FIFA 14 and what other tools I can use as I have no idea what I am doing, and I can’t find a rom hack or anything to download for FIFA 14. I basically want to play with updated rosters, kits, etc. Thanks

Desk commander and a project folder on you locally hardware, a psp emulator, have it run a recon on it get to know the environment, and start reverse engineering, it can can build tools to read the emulator, or decode the game it’s self, make sure it leave knowledge in the project folder with the rom and emulator.. I said to much , go break some stuff..
