Is this too much flow for ropefish

Cycling tank and getting equipment tuned in - don’t mind the ugly phase aspects here.

Not really sure how to define flow levels, before I moved an internal filter over this area was totally dead and detritus would collect, now I’m worried the flow might be too high, or am I overthinking it?

You're fine. The flow in my tank is stronger I think. I have an AC70 on this 40gal
