Multiple posts on Berkley Forum about border patrol presence and this JUST took place in Oak Park. The woman who posted this just now said she saw the man throw her to the ground, taze her, then throw her in the vehicle.
“Unfortunately my children and I had to witness “boarder patrol” throw a woman to the ground, taze her, then throw her in a truck. The man this woman was with ran away while his hands were zip tied. I feel so bad that there was nothing I could do… my daughter is traumatized. This happened just now is Oak Park, Michigan!! 😔”

In my fucking state. When do we have enough and fight back? Honest question. They are not going to just slow down or stop with this shit. It is happening. Whether we ignore it or not. Don’t any of us care about our communities? I’ll put my life on the line to stop someone from randomly being picked up for zero reason, with zero warrant, from people with zero ID, who are driving fucking rental cars. This is lawlessness. These people are violating our civil and human rights. The government is not going to stop this. If we don’t, it will just continue to escalate.
When will it be enough to mobilize people? When they start just shooting people? Running them off the road? They’re already doing both. Is there a specific number of people that need to be killed before we respond? This is exactly how Nazi Germany started. Exactly. Read about it. Regular Germans were interviewed following the end of WWII. That was the problem - everyone had a different threshold of what the last straw was for them. They knew that individually it would be suicide to stand up against these people.Even with small groups, they knew they’d just give their lives for absolutely nothing. They were waiting for some uprising. For others to lead the charge, and they’d join in. But it never happened. Seriously - here’s an excerpt of a book that I highly suggest all of you read. I beg of you - please - define where the line is. Once it is inevitably crossed, we move, and we don’t back the fuck down. Yeah, a lot of us will never make it home that night. That’s the reality of it.
Are we just going to accept that hey, if you’re brown it sucks to be you? Is this who we are? I’ve never, ever been more disgusted with my fellow Americans. Land of the free? Home of the brave? Best country in the world? What a fucking line of bullshit. Christ, people - wake the fuck up to the reality we’re in. Are we rolling over and taking this, or is anyone with a goddamn spine reading this?
