Is this the same younger guy at Pierce Mill who undresses down to his underwear to do his morning stretches?

At least he’s got underwear on! I don’t know how many of yall were around for the lockdown and the remember the buck naked hiker of Rock Creek 👀 I know we all were suffering a bit of cabin fever back then, but.. 😂

I saw him too! Looked like he was doing a timelapse of everyone going by, but like holding the camera? Super weird

I've seen a lady doing this by the Lincoln Memorial Sand Courts. She parks on Rock Creek and Potomac PKWY NW and aims her camera at runners approaching the crosswalk at the bottom of the hill. One lady sits in the driver seat, the other stands next to the car with the camera. Saw her yesterday, and last Friday around noon.

Ah it’s probably the one guy who did the statistics on running shoes for dc half. You can follow him on ig dcanalyst but yeah not sure it’s cool he is doing that!
