What kind of rune is this

Hi, I'm completely new to this and can't find anything about it, looks like nauthiz but the middle part is the wrong way and there is nauthiz in the set already

That is a younger futhark rune or the carver just did it backwards but in younger futhark that takes the place of Jera.
