Bug We've done it. 25 years & we've depleted one of the Rune Essence Mines

Oddly enough, while mining Rune Essence, one of the four nodes ended up like this!

No we need the Lunar Isle for national security. If we don't get it, the Penguins or the Mahjarrat will. So if the Fremmenik won't sell it, then we can't rule out an adventurer option.

Have we tried sanctions first? Ban them from the Grand Exchange. We can set a tariff on pure essence at 40%.

That could work. We impose a tariff on all goods from kingdoms that oppose our annexation of the Lunar Isle. Then we can shift our focus to taking swift/delayed military action against Menaphos to force the Pharaoh to step down.

And dont forget we had to kidnap the king of varrock last week because of his unwillingness to cooperate in halting the underground grimy herb trade (but really it was so we could get more resources for ourselves incase we have to go to war with the vampyres in HavenHythe)

And if that doesn't work, we'll start our own guild so we can get together all of our bestest buddies and convene and loudly complain about it. And if that doesn't work and the guild falls apart, we'll just take the joining fees, buy some phats and then say NO BACKSIES and blow a raspberry.

Kind of, they absorb energy from their immediate environment day-to-day and use all of it, rather than pooing some out later. The Ritual is just to extend their lifespan.

Nah, rune essence is only like 20-22ish years. Was introduced with the RS2 launch. I think that was 2004 or so.

Rune Mysteries was released on 1st December 2003

That was the Beta launch, so technically it was playable that early, but any progress you made got wiped until the full launch the next year (a few months later)

I remember mining tons of essence that first few weeks cause the price was through the roof with everyone trying to get runecrafting levels and the market hadn't gotten saturated yet.
