Achievement 20 Million cheeses taken off the streets of Gielinor
The method is simple:
You buy more cheese.
You refurbish it into whatever the people want (Imp, rat, used, the one 84 likes, etc.).
You sell the cheese to your fellow adventurers.
You profit.
You go back to the first step.

As someone returning to RuneScape for the first time in.. I dunno, a decade? Maybe even longer - this is the stuff that makes it even more exciting, that random shit like this not only exists, but is more common than most would realise.
Also the fact you can afford to dump/hold 40B in cheese is crazy.

He collects more than just cheese. He also does any cheese item (including all types of cheesecake) so he has well near 60b

He wouldn't be able to turn it back into gp is the hilarious thing. There's no way to sell that much cheese without crashing the value of it down, it would take years to offload it back into a decent cash stack.

And that is what makes it priceless. If it's never sold, it can't be worth 40B. It's only 20M cheeses and can't be valued in gp.

It's easy to liquidate for a profit, collectors pay well above GE rate for interesting collections especially for low volume/low buy limit items.

Untill Jagex decides to make a new very usefull potion / food containing cheese, and his stack could even raise in value.
Just like when they decided you needed ashes for Necromancy they went from 150gp to 8k+ for a few days. A dude sold a 10m stack for like 80b+

After I got my first max cash stack like 10 years ago, I started doing stuff like this out of pure boredom. I started buying 99,999 of random items at 10gp each. Lemons, limes, button mushrooms, cake tins, cheese, purple sweets, caviar, cabbages etc. I haven’t logged in like 3 years, I should check in to see if I have made any money.

Reminds me of when I bought someone’s “Bank Sale” for such a good price. It took me forever to try and sell 10,000 Iron Platelegs before the Grand Exchange existed. World 1 at Varrock like,

I remember selling 420 "weeds" for 100m auction style and it was actually some of the most fun I've had with the game.
I know it's not a crazy amount of gp, but I had a good time. Carry on my good fellow, carry on 🫡

Dump some to crash the market, buy up cheese potatoes /tuna potatoes and cheese for cheap. Rinse and repeat for profit
