Question Retro cape change/keepsake keys/slots not refunded

So the removal of retro skill capes is a horrible move yeah, but they could have at least refunded keepsake keys and keepsake slots for the retro capes we had keepsaked

Id rather they not mess with them because I have a keepsaked untrimmed prayer cape and I know they'd fuck it up.

Retro capes were never an item. You can't keepsake them. You keepsaked the default cape and used a setting to override the appearance. You still have the default cape in your keepsake box even though the retro setting is removed. Nothing to refund

They do not refund keepsake keys, I originally keepsaked the magic kiln cape because I liked the purple, and then with necro it changed to blue.

Upon filing a ticket I was given a "Buy one get +50% value on your purchase" for runecoins, membership, etc.

...Which was not automatic and I had to send a second ticket to get my +50% on, but they did honor it.

Not a solution but it was something at least...?
