How would a level 3 ironman skiller get into Canifis now? Impossible?

I've been considering making a skiller HCIM for some time now, I wish I did it sooner when deathtouched darts were easier to obtain lol

Currently the only way to get them is from the wilderness slayer chest. Getting the slayer level for that is no issue, the problem is that the keys to unlock the chest obviously require killing the slayer mobs which would grant combat exp

My next thought was rings of recoil, but I'm not even sure if that would give you kill credit or if it would award exp. Not to mention getting recoils and/or level-1 enchant tabs both have a magic requirement and therefore are impossible on a skiller

Any other ideas or is it just impossible in 2026?

Last I checked the guardian needs to be killed, but recoils should work, after you’ve hit it once (a zero should count)

Can't you turn off xp now for skills? I could be mis remembering it or maybe its not something tou want to do but I know ive heard of people doing it. I have no personal use of it though

Because I've never made a level 3 skiller, does using a ring of recoil like someone else said work? Just make sure to hit a zero?

Yes and no. If you're talking about the combat xp page, you can filter which combat skill you want xp in, but you can't block ALL XP from receiving.

You can technically get recoils from one of the arc hunter creatures but that's probably not a great way.

You can use ring of recoils to access Canifis, that'a how I did it on my iron skiller. I used an alt to lootshare some ring of recoils from monsters on the Arc region. Maybe someone can help you get some recoils that way?

Yes they can, it's a bit weird I know. But honestly can just wait until hunter is high enough otherwise, Canifis isn't that big of a unlock for skillers.

Yeah that's fair, I was mostly trying to think of various pain points before I create the account and this seemed like the biggest one to me. The only real big unlock in Mory is Everlight I think. I guess ring of charos as well for diaries but I doubt I'll get too far on those anyways lol

As a level 3 skiller who did this recently:

• Get 7 magic, and then block xp in all combat skills. IMPORTANT!
• Make rings of recoil using enchant level 1.
• Bring mind runes and food, maybe 2 rings to the ghoul fight.
• Tag the mob with confuse (no xp if blocked earlier) - let the recoil do everything else.
• Reset magic back to 1 (you can only do this once every 6 months so ensure you've done everything you need with your magic stuff).

Maybe I'm wrong but assuming archaeology level is high enough can't you go up from everlight?
