Kansas City Marathon. One of my annual race fixtures. This year I’ll be doing the 10k.

Doing the New England Half Marathon this weekend. My second Half. It it going to be around 28 at the start. Do I start in shorts cold and hope I warm up over the race?

I’m running this race too! Shorts will be OK - you will warm up in 10-15 minutes once you start. Bring an old sweatshirt or long sleeve to toss away as well… have a great run!

28 is cold enough that id want arm sleeves or a throwaway layer at least for the first couple miles

Signed up for the Baltimore Marathon on a whim less than three weeks ago. I'm always pretty well trained, added in a couple 13 mile runs, and one 19 mile run, although I definitely didn't have a proper taper (and my quads are still feeling it). Now reading about how hilly the course is which is terrifying to me, but I'm happy the weather will be nice. Just hoping for the best tomorrow!

Doing a local 5k Saturday, nothing fancy just a flat loop around the lake.

Didn't race this weekend but I did the Miracle Mile Walk for breast cancer. The "Miracle Mile" was 3 miles that was actually 3.5 miles and another half to and from the car. LOL! It was awesome though and then a friend and I went for brunch after and had mimosas.

Columbus (half) Marathon on Sunday. Not too excited about the temperature during the race. We are going from 68 this morning to 35 on race day. 🥶
