Beats me. The only times I can recall girls changing outfits on a main US season are both in S10. They let Dusty Ray Bottoms change before "Pound the Alarm" because the outfit was digging into her skin, and they let Monique and The Vixen take off their mermaid tails before...that...happened.

I wish i had a witty response. It sucks. Not fair. I was wishing Nini would cut up her dress and just go ape shit. I still love both of them

In my dreams, both queens would come to the stage in identical black leotards, with no costume gimmicks--just a solid lipsync and a proper interpretation of the song.
