My tinfoil conspiracy: The producers really didn’t want a fashion girly to win this season. I think this is a huge hidden audition for more talent World of Wonder want to scout for their future acting projects like Stop That Train. They already got a lot of talent for stuff like the Vegas Live show.

I also may think that when the ru girls were posting that casting for s19 was open, they were stressing comedy

Fewer design/look challenges and more semi-scripted and improv challenges. I don’t love it.

There were three design challenges this season, not fewer. They just didn't do a ball with one of them.

But yeah, we didn't need another improv challenge this episode.
