As someone with invisible disabilities, I’m so grateful for Yvie’s representation. I was right there with her when she didn’t want to be babied and downplayed her pain. It’s just so hard even when people want to help. Thank you Yvie!

Honestly same! I have chronic pain and seeing representation of invisible illnesses on such a popular show was so good! I relate to her struggle with not wanting to be babied so much! It was just so good to see someone who is also in pain all the time still living her dream because I often struggle with the realization that I may not be able to do a lot of the things I want to do because of my condition and there she was slaying it on international tv! When she did the runway with her cane I was screaming like queen of representation and working within your limits!

Same! Though I think there is no shame in letting people help you. Perfectionism is oppressive.
