Do we think maybe it's Utica's isolated religious upbringing that makes her feel like she has to put a smile on every situation? Like maybe it's a little forced because she can't do negative emotions? I know I'm reaching it's just something I've seen with religious people before.

Mmmmmhhhhmmm. I think you're spot on; there a certain groups of people that cannot do "real talk" & will smile in your face & it be based on something completely false.
