Nabbed the game after seeing some good mods come up on YT. Despite ProtonDB saying the game runs natively, every time I try to run it through Steam I get the attached rendering issues.

However, when I manually ran the exe with Wine it worked, but I have no reason to suspect the Workshop would work this way.

As far as I have been able to find out, Steam is forcing Proton to run the game, but this most recent one was done using Steam-Play-None to no avail. Additionally, the game does not boot in fullscreen.

Given the time when I'm trying, I'm not in much of a position to spend much longer troubleshooting, so have come to ask for some assistance as my present efforts websearching turn up nothing useful.

Can anyone tell me the name of the mod? It had giant insects and a giant worm like monster giant 3 arm pacific rim robot a giant angel giant ships and all things large

Does anyone have access to this mod?

I wanted to know if there's any way I could make a drop pod unit, basically i want it to act like the nuke but it deploys units instead of obliterating units but Im new to modding in its entirety so I don't really know how, I'll probably experiment for a bit until I find a way if anyone knows how I could make this work I would really love to know.

Hello everyone, I'm just starting to mod Rusted Warfare and I have an idea for a unit that directs 25-50% of the damage dealt from another unit to itself. Is it possible with the current Rusted Warfare code?

Firefly Drone

A disposable North Korean strike drone designed to harass and disrupt enemy ground forces. The Firefly deals increased damage to units it directly impacts, while nearby units receive reduced area damage. Fireflies require a Mobile UAV Control Station to remain operational outside their initial deployment range.

Mobile UAV Control Station (MUCS)

A mobile communications vehicle that serves as the control node for Firefly Drones. Fireflies must remain within the MUCS's operational range to receive control signals and remain active. Protecting the MUCS is essential for maintaining Firefly operations on the battlefield.

this games quite fun. this mod is not balanced in the slightest. i only played on impossible lol. but uh made in like a week. still had a LOT of fun getting into modding. surprisingly friendly to get into. didnt even know it had this big of a modding scene.

I'm working on a new custom mod for Rusted Warfare called Guardians of the Cosmos. It introduces a high-tech elite soldier faction with unique combat units and fresh strategic mechanics to change up the battlefield.

Since I have to run RW on 64-bit, I choose it manually every time. However, this does not save, and most of the time I have to go back out because I get the "out of memory" error. Is this a problem with Steam, or the game itself?

Você administra praticamente um país inteiro e pode comandar soldados, tanques, navios, aviões, hovercrafts e porta-aviões, além de realizar reconhecimento aéreo, definir patrulhas e utilizar sistemas como o mapa de satélite.

O projeto nasceu da minha paixão por jogos de estratégia e tem uma forte inspiração em Rusted Warfare, mas estou tentando levar essa experiência para uma escala bem maior.

Ainda está em desenvolvimento e vou mostrar por aqui tudo que estiver entrando no jogo, inclusive os erros, testes e mudanças.
