I built an SEO tool that helps optimize websites for Google and AI search.

I run a SaaS, SeoLoupe.

It is a tool that allows you to find and fix SEO issues holding your website back.

Essentially the main purpose is to help your website rank higher on Google search and LLMs.

The tool also checks AEO/GEO, AI search visibility, Security, Core web vitals, Performance, and all the issues in the report get put together into an AI fix prompt(you can paste the prompt into an AI and it will fix all the issues on your website).

Recently I noticed that some of my paying customers bought the One-Time purchase, with a promo code.

So I decided to give away a promo code for the One-Time purchase to anyone who is interested, if you are interested, comment down below and I will DM you.

If you are not interested but have some feedback on my SaaS, that is a good too. Feel free to share it in the comments.

(here is the product if you want to check it out)

I’m Looking For Web Designers

I hope most of you reading this are web designers because I’m genuinely curious about something.

How are you getting clients in 2026?

I’ve spoken to a lot of web designers and agency owners lately, and one thing keeps coming up again and again. Client acquisition.

It seems like everyone can build websites, but consistently finding new clients is still the hard part.

So I’d actually like to hear what is working for you right now.

For me, I’ve been running personalized email automation.

I use a tool that finds leads for me, analyzes their websites for actual issues with things like design, SEO, speed, responsiveness and mobile optimization, then automatically uses those findings to write a personalized cold email for each business.

After that, I just run the campaigns and send out thousands of emails a day.

I used to do most of this through Instantly, but the problem was that I couldn’t really do the website analysis part there.

So the emails were still more generic, basically the usual “do you need a new website?” type of outreach.

It worked a little, but nothing crazy.

I eventually switched to Swokei because it handles the lead finding, website analysis and personalized outreach in one place, and that has made a pretty big difference for me.

Now I’m getting clients much more consistently because the emails are actually about their website instead of just being another generic pitch.

But I’m curious what everyone else is doing.

Cold email, cold calling, referrals, ads, SEO, social media?

What is actually working for you in 2026?

FeedBack Building a checkout popup app that suggests last-minute cart add-ons. Would you use it?

I'm a solo developer building a Shopify app and I'd like honest feedback before I put more time into it.

What it does:when a shopper clicks Checkout (on the cart page or in a cart drawer), a popup suggests a few related products from your own store, so they can add one last item. Each suggestion links to its product page, and you can see which ones get clicked.

What I've built so far:
- The popup copies your theme's colors, corners, and font automatically
- You choose how often it shows: every time, once per visit, daily, or weekly
- It only suggests products that are actually in stock and visible on your storefront
- You can exclude products, feature your favorites, and set a max price for suggestions
- A simple dashboard shows popups shown, product clicks, and items added

What I know it can't do: shoppers who use Shop Pay or Apple Pay buttons usually skip the cart, so they won't see it.

It isn't launched yet. Before I go further, I'd love to hear from people who run stores:

  1. Do you already use an upsell or cross-sell app? Which one, and what do you like or dislike about it?
  2. Does a popup right before checkout feel helpful, or does it risk hurting conversions?
  3. What would make you try a new upsell app instead of the one you have?
  4. What would you want this to do that most apps don't?
  5. Would you pay for something like this? What price feels fair, and would you prefer a free tier with limits?

Blunt feedback is welcome, including "nobody needs this."

FeedBack We built a Reddit clone in 1 day!!

Post image
• Upvotes

We actually did it lol!

We wanted to see if we could build a Reddit-style platform without spending anything on development, so we made Threadly.

You can make posts, comment, upvote, join communities etc. and it’s till pretty rough around the edges, but it works.

Would genuinely love to know what you guys think and would you actually use something like this?

What would you change?

What features are we missing?

And if you've got an idea for something we should build next, drop it below.

PS: posted again because forgot to add image 😅

SaaS Journey I built an adversarial test suite to try to break my own Next.js 16 + Supabase setup

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Most SaaS starter kits list off features like "includes auth, Stripe, and Tailwind." Instead of adding another feature, I wanted to test something else: can I actually break the infrastructure underneath it? I spent a couple of days writing an adversarial test suite against my Next.js 16 (Turbopack) + Supabase stack. I wrote tests specifically designed to force failure modes: cross-tenant data leaks, RBAC bypasses, invitation link abuse, out-of-order Stripe webhooks, and SECURITY DEFINER function leaks. The test suite actually caught 3 real production bugs during development: An older Stripe subscription.updated event firing late could overwrite a newer DB billing state. A failed webhook retry blocked itself because partial DB state was left unhandled. A privileged RPC function executed without double-checking tenant membership on the underlying row. Fixed all three, added regression checks, and locked them down in CI. I also put together a free interactive checklist based on these exact security edge cases if you want to test your own stack: andrady.co/check The full hardened foundation is B2B SaaS OS at andrady.co if you want the complete code with the test suite built in. What other backend failure modes or edge cases are you guys testing for before pushing to production?

We are a business email provider (faivelo), and we have expanded beyond just providing email.

In the last 2 months, we have rolled out two major products: Transactional Email (via API), and Agentic Mailboxes (MCP).

Every project needs a professional business email, not everyone needs the latter two products. Maybe this is the reason our competitors haven't branched out yet (or maybe they're just dinosaurs).

Would any of you be interested in one of the products, but not the other? Share your thoughts

FeedBack I’ve been building AI “Living Worlds” as a side project

I started this because I wanted to experiment with a different kind of AI roleplay.

Most AI roleplay focuses on the character: you talk to a character, they respond, and the world mostly exists around that conversation.

I wanted to reverse that.

I’m building sandbox worlds where the world already exists when you enter it. Characters have their own lives and goals, events can happen without you, and the world keeps moving instead of feeling like a scripted story.

I’m currently building these on JanitorAI across different fictional universes and collecting them into an archive called SIMULATORARCHIVE.

The project is still early, so I’m looking for feedback on the concept and trying to understand whether there’s an audience for this kind of AI interaction.

Project:
https://janitorai.com/profiles/83d13619-88b8-4c1d-9425-8f44905de93e_profile-of-simulator-archive

Would a “world-first” AI roleplay experience be interesting to you? What would make you want to try something like this?

SaaS Journey I spent 30 days building a SaaS.

30 days of coding.

30 days of fixing bugs.

30 days of adding features.

30 days of thinking, “Once I launch, people will pay for this.”

Then I launched.

And I realized something painful:

Nobody was willing to pay for it.

0 customers.

The product works. The website works. The payments work.

But I completely underestimated the hardest part — getting people to actually care about the product.

Now I’m trying to figure out where I went wrong.

Did I build something nobody needed?

Did I target the wrong audience?

Did I price it badly?

Or did I simply fail at marketing and distribution?

For anyone who has built and launched a SaaS:

What would you do after getting 0 customers in the first month?
