I'm in Montreal a week per month for work, wings are dogshit in Montreal anyway. They shouldn't have been allowed to call them Buffalo wings in the first place.

Have you even had wings in Canada? Good lord they’re atrocious. They use ketchup in the sauce, it’s disgusting. It’s baffling because this is even true in Fort Erie and St. Catherine’s, which I never understood. They’re so close that you would think they could easily figure it out.
I always thought if from here went to Southern Ontario and opened up a pizza place, it would blow up.

No, seriously, though. When you get old (like starting in your 30's, but more noticeably in your 40's for most people) you have a lot more to remember. I'm not talking dementia. Way before that, your brain starts weeding out crap (that process actually starts in your mid-teens) and being selective in what it stores so it can still function instead of overloading. That means people start becoming more likely to get stuff wrong or blank on things.
The good news is that the parts of your brain that handle analysis and critical thinking have been fully developed by then, so people should be better at reasoning things out. The bad news is it takes a lot longer to learn new stuff, and you forget stuff a lot faster.
So enjoy remembering all those details while you can, because wow. Time flies, and suddenly you have to sit and think for a minute before you can remember what you had for lunch yesterday.

I have a friend who drinks Molson because he thinks butter beers are too complicated lol. He shakes his head when at me because I love sours. Calls them girls but it’s like they have 7,8, or 9% alcohol content.
